Summary: Beautiful little place in a nice neighborhood. It is just around the corner from Forsyth Park. The home is well kept and very pretty. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, silverware and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect sizes for the four of us. There is even a cute half bath downstairs. Adorable outside patio. We just didn’t use it this visit since it was hot out. Would love to come in the fall or winter and take advantage of the outside fireplace. My only two complaints are 1. The front bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house and I’m a hot sleeper 2. There is a cool system throughout the house that plays music but we couldn’t get it to sync with our phones as stated in the book. It did play a nice chill jazz station that was great for sitting around and relaxing. Definitely a well kept gem of a place and highly recommend it for a trip to Savannah!

Summary: Booked this lovely property early for daughter’s graduation from SCAD. Gorgeous renovation of a historic home. Perfect for our adult group who loves to cook and enjoy the private courtyard between busy events!Jason was attentive when we needed one small thing fixed. Place is larger than it looks online and parking on the street was always available.

Summary: We spent four nights at the townhouse and would highly recommend it. The home is just as photographed and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is within minutes of everything in Savannah. We had some trouble with the lock the first night,but Jason came right over to help us out. He is quick and responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The house was spotless and has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental.The beds are both very comfortable.

Summary: This townhouse is a gem in a beautiful area! The house is comfortable and stocked with everything you need - perfect for two couples. We especially appreciated the queen beds and private baths. Walking the neighborhood is a treat and very convenient to Forsyth Park. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

Summary: We (2 couples) had a truly lovely stay in this beautifully renovated townhouse. The layout was perfect for our use - 2 BR, 2 bath, along with the 1st floor kitchen and living spaces. Although it was a little warm to make full use of the outdoor patio, it was nice to spend the early/late part of the day there. I’m sure sitting there with the burning fireplace would be wonderful during cooler months!The description and pictures are all on point and accurate. The location of the home is steps away from Forsyth Park and within walking distance to the historic downtown and riverfront. It was quiet and peaceful at night and parking was readily available. The townhouse is well-appointed, comfortable, and clean.Jason, the host, was very responsive and helpful - he was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!
